The Operations Manager performs a critical oversight function for field operations. Responsible mainly for communication, and the coordination and supervision of the operational workflow for all operations projects and processes; including creation, management of all timelines, information coordination, maintaining status reporting, monitor the field operations processes, and looks for ways to increase productivity. Cross-departmental contact, working to create or revise processes to improve workflows and minimize points of friction.
What you'll do here:
Look for efficiencies and opportunities to continually streamline processes and procedures.
Gain an understanding of Marketing, Financial Products, Creative, Finance, and Technology operational processes to be the key driver and supervisor of all assigned projects and timelines to drive accountability and results.
Drive completion of assigned projects by closely managing project timeline and elevating potential risks to gain resolution.
Identify potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency.
Manage and prioritize multiple work streams.
Ensure all projects, initiatives, and processes are effectively communicated.
Identify opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.
Assess and analyze data to identify and support improvement initiatives.
Act as the liaison between field and corporate partners, such as technology and marketing.
Evaluate and assign technology security levels based on access needs.

Skills you’ll bring for success:
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or equivalent related work experience.
3+ years of operations, process, or project management experience.
Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing processes is a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience using Excel to analysis data (create pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and write formulas).
Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
"Big picture" thinking, finding the best path forward using all the available data.
Creativity to come up with several ideas about a topic, thinking outside the box.
Proven ability to examine a process and determine areas of friction and design a creative resolution.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among various departments.
