About the role
As Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial leadership and support to project teams, ensuring commercial performance, contractual compliance and risk mitigation objectives are achieved.
Additionally, you'll:
- Lead commercial negotiations relating to claims, variations, contract renewals and dispute resolution
- Provide commercial and contractual support to operational and project teams
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks while driving revenue assurance initiatives
- Manage supply chain commercial activities, including contract preparation, onboarding and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve positive commercial outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of commercial processes, governance frameworks and contract administration practices
About you
- Experience in commercial, contracts or project commercial management roles
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial frameworks and contract administration principles
- Proven experience managing claims, contract variations, negotiations and commercial risk
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering positive business outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
