Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services – Central Texas is seeking a high-performing Commercial Lines Producer to drive new business development and revenue growth throughout the region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area.

This position is designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building relationships within the business community. The primary focus of the role is generating and closing new commercial insurance opportunities across a wide range of industries.

The Producer will have access to multiple insurance carriers and markets, along with a dedicated account management and service support team responsible for servicing client accounts. This structure allows the Producer to remain focused on business development, sales activity, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance opportunities
 • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, referral partners, and centers of influence
 • Generate leads through networking, community involvement, referrals, and strategic outreach
 • Identify client risk exposures and develop customized insurance solutions
 • Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
 • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet established sales goals

Qualifications:
 • Proven success in commercial insurance sales and business development
 • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities
 • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong drive to generate new business
 • Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
 • Existing business relationships within the San Antonio market are a plus
