Position Summary
Responsible for day-to-day support of business members, on-boarding of commercial banking products and services, assist in effective operation of the online banking platform, and CB sales support. This is accomplished by providing exceptional service by demonstrating the core service standards of the credit union.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete Commercial Banking product service implementation, maintenance, modification, and service requests.
Responsible for initial and ongoing training for all Commercial Banking products, including but not limited to ACH origination, business online banking, positive pay, sweeps, remote deposit capture, and online wire origination.
Provide direct support for internal partners and external members pertaining to business deposit accounts, treasury management products, and technical inquiries.
Assist management and product partners in the development of new services or the modifications of existing services
Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and policies, including BSA, AML, and OFAC.
CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Commercial Banking Product Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that internal controls related to the duties being performed, as designed and implemented by management, are operating as intended. Any deviations from control procedures must be reported in a timely manner directly to the immediate supervisor for remediation.QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred.
Previous business deposit operation and/or treasury management experience desired.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be bondable.
Software and Equipment Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft applications. Experience with payment systems a plus.
Must reliable internet access of 50MBPS which is the minimum speed required to connect to several of our systems and platforms.
Other Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organization, teamwork, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at one time.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

Starting Pay and Benefits
This role offers base pay of $57,000-$71,000. It also entails the benefits available to all Amplify employees, including a 401(k) with a company match of 100% on the first 5% you contribute.
