We are a team of exited founders with ten years of R&D in cloud infrastructure and agentic AI, building purpose-built agentic cloud infrastructure for Europe from the compute layer up.

Granite is backed by Bifrost Studios and external investors, with a €4M seed round closed earlier this year. First deployments are live and we are now building out the commercial motion.

Tasks

You come in to design and build the systems that turn early traction into repeatable, scalable revenue. The product is live, the founders are in market, and the opportunity now is to put a real commercial engine underneath it: the CRM, the pipeline, the reporting, and the ICP work that lets the whole motion compound. You will own that engine end to end, with direct exposure to live deals and the earliest pipeline learnings, and a clear path toward Head of Revenue Operations as the company scales.

  • Design and build Granite's commercial infrastructure for scale: CRM architecture, pipeline structure, and live reporting dashboards
  • Run structured ICP validation through cohort testing, and sharpen the messaging through data
  • Turn insights from live conversations into a tightening feedback loop that makes every cycle more effectiveMap the TAM, divide it into owned cohorts, and build the demand generation motion as the ICP locks in
  • Build the sales enablement layer that scales the founders' time: decks, one-pagers, case studies, and account briefs
  • Stand up a repeatable post-sale motion as the first deals close

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a commercial ops, sales ops, RevOps, or BizDev role at a B2B SaaS, tech, or infrastructure startup
  • You have built a CRM and the reporting around it, and knows what a clean, scalable pipeline looks like
  • You have run structured outreach campaigns and tracked conversion, with a strong grasp of pipeline mechanics end to end
  • You have built sales enablement content and outbound sequences, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment
  • A genuine builder with a high ownership instinct. You create systems, you don't wait to be handed them
  • Strong systems thinking, with the drive and trajectory to grow well beyond the role
  • Fluency with AI agents and automation in your daily workflow is a strong plus
