Today we've become the university center that looks least like a university center, with over 1M students across nearly 40 countries. Learning Heroes is growing. And to crush our upcoming launches, we're looking for a sales beast.
What would your role be?
Your mission is simple: Turn hot leads into enrollments.
Requirements
We're not looking for someone who waits for the phone to ring. We're looking for a motivated go-getter with 4 critical skills:
Closing instinct and hunger for commissions
Speed of response and sense of urgency
Self-organization and CEO mindset
Extreme resilience
Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish — you'll be working with leads across multiple markets and need to communicate with confidence in both languages.
Where and how do we work?
Location: 100% Remote. Work from wherever you want, as long as you have an internet connection and the right environment to close high-ticket sales.
Total freedom: No 9-to-6 schedules. You manage yourself, you organize yourself. That said, we operate around launches — short, high-intensity windows where a high volume of leads comes in and focus, agility, and execution are everything. During these periods, high availability is key (including weekends and holidays) to maintain pace and conversion. Between launches, we dial it back to recharge and prepare for the next one.

Compensation: 100% Commission. No ceiling.
Stability: We advance €2,000/month against your commissions to ensure your financial peace of mind — though the reality is our admissions team typically earns up to €8,000/month in commissions.
