About the Position
The Princeton Review is seeking a College Readiness Advisor to help families confidently navigate one of the most important decisions in a student's academic journey. This is a consultative sales role focused on guiding parents and students through the college admissions process, identifying their unique needs, and recommending the right combination of college admissions counseling, test preparation, and college readiness services.
The ideal candidate is equal parts advisor, educator, and salesperson. They excel at building trust, simplifying the complexities of college admissions, and creating personalized solutions that help families move from uncertainty to action. Success in this role comes from combining strong admissions knowledge with disciplined sales execution and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their college goals.

Salary: $40,000/year; Commission: $44,000
