The COE Trainer is responsible for coaching and mentoring new hires to ensure successful integration and performance within the AMCS operation. They will develop training materials, track progress, and collaborate with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement in onboarding and case management processes.
Reporting into an Associate Manager, AMCS Center of Excellence (COE), as a COE Trainer, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the AMCS operation by supporting the on-the-job coaching and mentoring of new hires following formal in classroom training. Leveraging your disability case management background and in collaboration with the operational delivery team, you will ensure the effective and efficient new hire onboarding.
Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and support new hires through onboarding and their transition into operational roles, ensuring successful integration and performance.
Develop and maintain training materials, including eLearning and recorded content, while facilitating learning through a variety of training methods.
Partner with training and operational leaders to enhance onboarding programs, manage caseload ramp-up, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
Track new hire progress, document key milestones, identify learning risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support development success.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, case management tools, and on-the-job learning experiences.
Collaborate across Centers of Excellence to share best practices, support development initiatives, contribute to projects, and implement innovative learning approaches.
Qualifications
Extensive expertise in AMCS Disability Case Management with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven people leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, developing talent, and providing constructive feedback in a remote environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly, transparently, and concisely.
Collaborative and customer-focused team player who builds strong relationships and demonstrates effective influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptable and accountable professional who embraces change, drives continuous improvement, and successfully manages multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative and technically savvy individual with strong learning agility; knowledge of adult learning principles and bilingualism (English/French) are considered assets.
