Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement scalable, end-to-end enterprise solutions, driving digital transformation across supply chain operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices across implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Drive solution integration design with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party systems)
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposal, effort estimation, and technical workshops (if needed)
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong hands-on and architecture experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Deep functional and implementation experience in Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes and system integration
• Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
• Cantonese (preferred for Hong Kong roles)
• English: basic communication ability is sufficient

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Exposure to Copilot Studio / AI-driven business solutions
• Familiarity with Azure-related services and integration patterns
• Experience working in multi-country or regional deployments
