The Cloud Engineer will implement, configure, and operate cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms while managing cloud services and Linux systems. They are also responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, deploying containerized applications, and ensuring system security and reliability.

- Implement, configure and operate cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
- Manage cloud computing, networking, storage and identity services.
- Administer Linux systems, including service management, permissions, patching, hardening and troubleshooting.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes networking and storage components, including CNI, CSI and Ingress.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, backup and recovery solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure security through IAM/RBAC, secrets management and security best practices.
- Support CI/CD processes and automation using Git, Bash, Python and GitLab CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity and platform issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Hands-on experience implementing and operating cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience with cloud services covering compute, networking, storage and identity management.
- Strong Linux system administration skills, including patching, hardening, permissions and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
- Good understanding of networking and connectivity concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, TLS and SSH.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, backup and recovery.
- Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, secrets management and infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with Git, Bash, Python and GitLab CI/CD.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with STACKIT cloud services.
- Experience managing Kubernetes networking and storage components, particularly CNI, CSI and Ingress.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure automation, platform engineering and cloud security best practices.
