GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Looking for a sophisticated and experienced Cloud Engineer to represent our company in providing extraordinary services to our clients both locally in Massachusetts as well as remotely to clients around the United States. Our Engineers and Consultants understand what it takes to deliver superior customer service and solutions through our willingness to go above and beyond consistently for our clients. We pride ourselves in coaching our employees on what it takes to be self-managing, and we give our employees the structure and knowledge necessary to accomplish this.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • A minimum of at least 3 years of real-world IT experience is required.
  • Possess a broad range of technical expertise, including but not limited to:
  • Strong, applied knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS and routing.
  • Proficient understanding of AWS architecture, storage and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the following AWS services:
    • EC2
    • VPC Including Transit Gateway
    • Workspaces
    • Directory Services
  • Minimum 1 year of real-world experience working with AWS specifically.
  • Minimum 3 years of real-world experience with virtualization technologies as a whole (VMWare, HyperV).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, the registry, group policy, power shell, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

SOFT SKILLS

  • Great English Communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are very important.
  • Polite, efficient, and customer-oriented attitude is essential.

Good to have: Experience with the US IT industry or US client support
