Position Summary
DevOps, SRE engineer with strong background on Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in system observability and dashboard creation, with a strong understanding of metrics and monitoring best practices.
• Familiarity with business metrics and the ability to translate metrics into effective dashboard solutions.
• Proficiency in Grafana for dashboard creation and visualization. Experience with Prometheus and PromQL for metrics collection and querying.
• Utilize tools such as Dash or Google Cloud Looker Studio to create interactive dashboards that enhance data visualization and user experience.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Services and their associated operational metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications in cloud services or observability tools (e.g., Google Cloud Certified).

- Experience with additional monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.).

-Experience in a lead role developing SRE principles ground up

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
