About the Role


We are registering interest for a Global Patient and Site Engagement Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL, Clinical Trial Liaison) to join our team in France, in a remote capacity. As a Global Patient and Site Engagement Clinical Trial Liaison, you will play a critical role in advancing oncology clinical research by driving site engagement, strengthening investigator relationships, and enhancing the patient experience across clinical trials.


This position serves as a strategic link between clinical research sites, healthcare professionals, and study teams, supporting trial execution through site and patient engagement initiatives, scientific exchange, operational collaboration, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with key opinion leaders, principal investigators, sub-investigators, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve clinical trial performance, support patient recruitment objectives, and contribute to meaningful research outcomes for patients living with cancer.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders, principal investigators, sub-investigators, and healthcare providers within oncology clinical research.
  • Lead site and patient engagement initiatives to improve operational excellence, trial performance, patient experience, and diversity and inclusion within clinical studies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and achieve clinical operations objectives, work plans, recruitment timelines, and study deliverables.
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with broader site engagement strategies.
  • Identify, communicate, and share clinical research insights and emerging issues from research sites and healthcare providers with study teams.
  • Support clinical study education activities for healthcare professionals and community stakeholders around clinical trial sites.
  • Deliver scientific presentations and provide clinical information in response to unsolicited requests within academic, community, and healthcare settings, as appropriate.
  • Maintain current expertise in oncology, relevant research trends, disease management practices, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen site engagement strategies and enhance patient outcomes in clinical trials.
  • Support study-related materials, advisory activities, medical congress engagements, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience working in clinical research, oncology, healthcare, or another regulated environment
  • The ability to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and research sites

  • Comfort working with digital platforms, scientific data, and clinical research processes

Required Qualifications


  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology medicine, OR license as an RN, NP, CNP, PA, or equivalent with a Master's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology medicine
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a comparable industry or clinical role
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and communicate complex scientific and medical information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken English
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in solid tumors, targeted therapies, or related oncology specialties
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical practice trends, and oncology research environments
  • Established credibility and success in developing relationships with external experts and opinion leaders
  • Familiarity with field-based medical, scientific, or clinical engagement activities
  • Experience supporting clinical research programs within oncology therapeutic areas
