Clinical Training Director - STI

WIL is seeking a Clinical Training Director for sexually transmitted infections (STI) to direct clinical training that helps health care providers prevent, diagnose, and treat STIs.

It supports a competitive grant application WIL is preparing; no award has been made, and there is no guaranteed work or funding. What you'll do

• Direct the clinical training curriculum on STI prevention, diagnosis, and treatment
• Lead delivery of courses, clinical preceptorships, case consultation, and webinars
• Keep training content aligned with current national STI treatment guidelines
• Partner with health departments, clinics, and academic medical centers
• Track training reach, provider practice change, and outcomes
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• Licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, or PA) with STI, HIV, or infectious-disease clinical practice
• Experience leading clinical education or provider training
• Knowledge of current STI screening and treatment guidelines
• Partnerships with health departments or community clinics
• Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US

Nice to have

• Infectious-disease board certification or AAHIVS credential
• Academic medicine faculty or clinical training center experience
• Online or telehealth learning design experience
