About the Role
We are seeking a fully licensed LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S to provide therapy services while supervising clinicians working toward independent licensure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both direct client care and developing other clinicians through mentorship and supervision.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy services and maintain timely clinical documentation
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Supervise and mentor pre-licensed therapists
- Develop creative and effective treatment interventions
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training opportunities
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
- Support clinic growth and a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Texas supervisor designation (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S)
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience serving diverse client populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft 365 (Valant experience preferred)
- Insurance panel credentialing preferred
