CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for a full-time role. This position is responsible for providing guidance, support and consultation to Care Advocates as well as support to the Clinical Management Team. Clinical Team Leaders also provide telephonic assessment, case management, and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Support to Clinical Management in Day-to-Day Operations of EAP Call Center including Queue Management, Productivity, Quality of Service Delivery, Documentation and Staff Scheduling
- Provide Guidance, Support, Consultation and Coaching to Care Advocates
- Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services Team in Responding to Complicated Service Inquiries
- Assist with Quality Assurance Including Call Monitoring, Documentation Review and Case Audits
- Communicate with Plan Sponsors Regarding Delivery of EAP/MHSA Services
- Assist with Training and Development of New Care Advocates and Deliver Continuous Trainings on the Implementations of New Services, Products and Accounts
- Provide Support with Service Delivery Including Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients through Telephone and Other Access Points
- Perform Timely Follow-up with Member/Plan Sponsors and Providers to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine the Impact of EAP Services
- Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Minimum Five (5) Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
- Independent Clinical State License to Practice (e.g. - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Previous Supervisory/Management Experience including Training, Goal Setting and Performance Improvement or Extensive Experience of Minimum One (1) Year Care Advocate Experience
- Excellent Communication, Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills
- Ability to Critically Assess and Resolve Complex Clinical and Service Issues
- Fundamental Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Contact Management Systems
