Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us as a Clinical Support Nurse. This clinical-forward role focuses on ensuring exceptional patient experiences in our telehealth environment. As a key leader, you will handle patient communications, resolve clinical escalations, and drive satisfaction to support retention and positive outcomes. You will collaborate with our licensed providers and member specialists to deliver personalized, results-driven care.

Key Responsibilities / Skills

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and quality. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via our secure patient portal and phone calls, addressing issues, concerns, and escalations promptly and empathetically.
  • Monitor patient progress and ensure care plans align with individual goals, leveraging our science-backed treatments to optimize results and prevent cancellations.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving barriers to care, conducting follow-ups, and providing guidance on wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with licensed providers during virtual consultations and quarterly check-ins to maintain high standards of personalized, individualized care.
  • Oversee clinical operations related to patient interactions, including documentation, compliance with telehealth protocols, and integration of feedback to improve services.
  • Contribute to team efforts in transforming lives, supporting our commitment to accessibility, affordability, and lifestyle elevation for all of our patients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth, wellness, or patient-centered healthcare. Prefer any ICU or ED/ER experience. We appreciate confidence in dealing with triage and escelations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive health discussions.
  • Experience in patient portal management, phone-based support, and escalation resolution.
  • Knowledge of telehealth regulations, HIPAA compliance, and virtual care best practices.
  • Passion for affordable, accessible wellness and a commitment to science-backed, personalized treatments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Location We are headquartered out of Scottsdale, Arizona. In-office work preferred but remote can be accepted for the right candidate.
