Job Description

REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:

This position reports directly to the Regional Business Director Central Region

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and develop installed base accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to improve long term customer success and satisfaction with our solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (clinical, technical, and executive levels) to secure potential future TITU.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Marketing, Training, Clinical Applications and Physics support, service) to develop and maintain high quality communication to disseminate the voice of the customer/potential customer to guide processes.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (clinical, service, marketing, operations, collaboration follow-up, ensure success for First in country product implementation) to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction
  • Drive Installed Base revenue growth through upgrades, service offerings, and new business opportunities within existing customers
  • Actively supporting  the full sales cycle (from opportunity identification to deal closure), in close collaborations with the Regional Business Leader, Business Manager and Regional service manager during  trade-in and trade-up deals and assist with service purchases, contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Conduct customer visits, co-delivers presentations and demonstrations, translating complex solutions into clear clinical and business value
  • Support animating workshops, and on-site engagements, reinforcing clinical excellence and strengthening customer partnerships
  • Identify and escalate customer needs, challenges, competitive novelties and market insights to shape strategy and offerings, act as a liaison between the KOLs and the company medical affairs, providing feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Record customer’s interactions and projects into CRM system
  • Ensure up-to-date expertise to deliver best-in-class customer guidance
  • Attend key meetings / trade shows (ESTRO, DEGRO, etc.) strengthening brand presence, capturing market insights, and developing new prospect relationships

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong clinical background in radiotherapy, oncology, medical physics, or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with commercial exposure (sales, account management, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business within an installed base and develop new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a compelling way
  • Natural ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and create customer trust
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Hands-on experience with complete product portfolio
  • Fluent in local languages of regions covered
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
