About the Role

Emerald Clinical Trials is building a pipeline of talented Clinical Research Associates across the United States as we prepare for continued growth and future study awards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

  • Ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity.

  • Review source data and study documentation.

  • Support site activation and study conduct activities.

  • Build strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.

  • Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with company requirements.

  • Escalate study risks and issues appropriately.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.

  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP.

  • Proven site management experience.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions.

  • Experience within renal, nephrology, rare disease, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies is preferred.
