At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) specializing in delivering life‑changing medicines to patients. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team. As a CRA, you’ll be joining a fast‑paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life‑changing difference to patients by ensuring high‑quality clinical trial execution, building strong site partnerships, and maintaining compliance across all phases of a study. Through the collaboration and diversity of our teams, CRAs are provided with multiple opportunities to excel and discover where their skills can take them.

What You’ll Do
Monitor clinical trial sites through on‑site and remote visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines
Manage site‑level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports
Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity
Ensure sites are always audit- and inspection-ready
Additional Details
Home‑based role; preference for candidates residing in Mexico City
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is required
A minimum of 1 year of CRA experience monitoring oncology trials is required
Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
