SPAARK, Inc. is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists to provide remote behavioral health consultation services supporting the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) medical-waiver process.
Clinical Psychologists will conduct comprehensive behavioral health evaluations of Army applicants, review relevant medical and behavioral health documentation, perform virtual clinical interviews, document findings, and provide professional recommendations to the appropriate Service Waiver Authority.
Responsibilities
Conduct remote behavioral health consultations and psychological assessments of Army applicants.
Review applicant medical and behavioral health records in MHS Genesis and Recruiter Zone, including SF 507, DD Form 2807-2, and other supporting documentation.
Prepare comprehensive clinical reports and address referral questions identified by Army medical personnel.
Convert completed reports to PDF, electronically sign them, and upload them to Recruiter Zone within 72 business hours of the consultation.
Maintain and update required consultation trackers and scheduling records.
Maintain approximately 4–6 consultation timeslots per 8-hour workday, with a minimum performance threshold of 4 completed recommendations per day.
Maintain proficiency with Recruiter Zone, MHS Genesis, DoDI 6130.03, AR 40-501, HIPAA, and applicable Government training requirements.
Protect applicant medical records and Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with Federal requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen.
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited college or university.
Completion of at least one (1) year of supervised clinical experience through an APA-accredited internship program under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Current, valid, and unrestricted psychologist license in any U.S. state or territory, with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions.
Strong written, verbal, computer, and clinical documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
Psychological evaluations or structured clinical assessments.
Military or DoD behavioral health.
Military accession or medical-waiver evaluations.
Review of complex behavioral health or medical records.
Telehealth or remote clinical evaluation.
