Position Summary:

The Clinical Outreach Representative, PPS is responsible for increasing occupancy of the programs in his/her assigned territory. This occupancy target includes all service lines within the PPS Division, with a focus on psychiatric services.

 

Essential Job Functions:

The Clinical Outreach Representative, PPS is responsible for ensuring they meet their weekly, monthly and quarterly activity, inquiry, and admissions goals through the execution of:

  • Regional strategic planning with weekly phone calls with Regional Director of Outreach and collaboration with PPS leadership.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly activity quotas – 80 1:1 meeting, 1 event, and 12-18 TMS admissions, 7+ general admissions.
  • Engage with the community to raise awareness about our healthcare services and initiatives.
  • Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach programs to promote our organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and referral sources.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of all service lines in the PPS division, to include but not limited to, TMS, Spravato, Ketamine, talk therapy, medication management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline the referral process and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Provide education and training sessions to healthcare providers and community members on our services and relevant medical topics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, develop plans, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze data on community needs, referral patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and clinical staff, to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing outreach activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Presentation and meeting skills to ensure appropriate and specific messaging that differentiates PPS and generates admissions.
  • Represent Discovery as needed at regional and national conferences.
  • Ensure timely submissions of monthly mileage, visa, and expense reports to Concur.
  • Ensure compliance with budget.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and maintenance of Sales Force database.
  • Collect and submit weekly marketing team highlights for director.

  

 

Knowledge, Education, & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • At least three years’ experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the mental health field.

 

Employment Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexibility required for after hour and weekends as needed)

Work Location: Remote (must be local to Houston, Cypress or Woodlands areas)

Compensation: Pay Range: $75,000-110,000/annually
