Doctors: help us build the clinical engine behind preventive care

Remote, 3–5 days a week.

Most doctor roles are defined by the consult. This one isn't. We're looking for an AHPRA-registered doctor who wants to contribute to high-leverage work behind the scenes - — managing clinical workflows, keeping patient care moving between consults, and designing the processes that let us take our membership from 20,000 to well beyond it.

What you'll do

• Manage Everlab's clinical workflows day to day - patient requests,referrals and follow-ups - so nothing gets missed between consults

• Talk with patients directly, answering clinical questions and keeping continuity of care intact

• Provide clinical oversight across the care team, and support other clinicians so members get safe, timely, consistent care

• Design and improve the workflows themselves - spot what's breaking, build what replaces it, and help our clinical product offering get better every week

• Work alongside care managers, nurses, doctors, product and engineering teams, as we scale past 20,000 members

What you need

• AHPRA general registration

• Current (or obtainable) medical indemnity insurance

• 3–5 days/week availability

• Genuine interest in working inside a fast-paced health tech company, not just alongside one

• Happy working in a remote telehealth environment

• Comfortable on video and across digital health platforms

Bonus points

• Previous experience at a health tech company and/or AI tools

• Background in preventative, lifestyle or longevity medicine
