The clinical insights and performance lead will support the measurement and evaluation of provider performance, clinical outcomes, and value-based care initiatives. This role is responsible for developing analyses, maintaining reporting and scorecards, and generating actionable insights that support performance improvement and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across clinical, provider relations, network, finance, and analytic teams, the Senior Advisor will support provider experience initiatives, clinical performance metrics, and affordability measurement through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and timely delivery of insights.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Performance & Provider Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal performance reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and recurring business reviews.
  • Support outcome measurement and performance tracking for provider experience and clinical performance initiatives.
  • Analyze trends related to quality, utilization, affordability, and provider performance to identify meaningful insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and performance tools to support accountability and improve affordability.
  • Partner with clinical, network, finance, and other operational stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and support performance-related initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance drivers, emerging trends, and business questions.

Reporting & Business Support

  • Identify appropriate resources to derive information while ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across scorecards, analyses, and presentations.
  • Prepare detailed summaries to communicate performance results, trends, and opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders to drive strategic decisions across the enterprise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with matrix partners to support clinical and operational initiatives through timely analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and improve analytical processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, healthcare administration, public health, finance, business, or related fields.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, provider performance, value-based care, population health, or related analytical functions.
  • Experience developing recurring reporting, scorecards, dashboards, or performance measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex datasets and performance trends.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to operational and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in value-based care, provider performance, affordability, or population health analytics.
  • Experience working with clinical, claims, provider, or healthcare operational data.
  • Familiarity with performance measurement frameworks and healthcare quality metrics.
  • Experience supporting business reviews or executive reporting.
  • Strong execution and follow-through with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Analytical rigor and attention to detail


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,000 - 128,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
