This is a remote position. Must reside in Louisiana. 

Earn: $70,000/year 

Position Details

Clinical Assessor is responsible for conducting the comprehensive assessments for the Community Case Management Program to ensure effective care planning, service coordination, and monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in human services-related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid LA Driver’s License and appropriate state and federal clearances.
• LPC or LCSW with a current unrestricted license to practice in the state of Louisiana.
