Role Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel requests, preferences, and planning needs
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research and evaluate travel options using approved booking systems and supplier tools
  • Provide timely updates on reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Support itinerary modifications, booking updates, and follow-up requests
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems
  • Monitor supplier updates, destination information, and available promotions
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development programs
