Role:
As a Client Success Advocate for our SaaS software products (non-IT or Marketing), you will be responsible for creating deep relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring their ongoing use of our products, educating them on new features, and seeking opportunities to expand our relationships via upsell and cross-sell.
