We’re hiring a relationship manager to consult with potential customers and current customer who are interesting in our services and currently utilizing our services. 

Your role is vital to qualifying potential customers and ensuring they become long-term clients by engaging through phone, text, and email. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, positive, wants to help others, and is interested in helping a growing organization keep growing!

Responsibilities

-Engage customers throughout text, phone, and email conversations. You will have 15-20 interactions with clients daily to help develop relationships.

-Listen to customer needs and clearly communicate the value of our services. We offer several natural solutions to customer’s health care needs that are unconventional and outside the box. It’s vital to understand the needs of the customer and clearly communicate why they may need our services.

-Understand and successfully handle resistance. Customers will have objections and barriers to buying our services and it’s important you listen, understand, and communicate appropriately to see the value of investing in their health

-Develop and execute customer follow up plans. Whether the customer buys or not, the goal is to develop a long-term relationship with that customer

Qualifications

-Administrative and Customer Service/Sales experience

-Interest in health and fitness

-Outstanding time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

-Comfortable being held accountable

-Experience using technology and computers

-This is a remote job and you are able to work from anywhere!

Compensation

$40,000-$50,000(Plus bonus)
