Client Planning Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Client Planning Specialist. In this role, you will help clients shape vacation plans by identifying suitable options, organizing requested services, and keeping important details on track throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy research, customer interaction, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected services and maintain organized reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed by providing updates, following up on outstanding items, answering routine questions, and helping with standard changes when needed.
• Review important information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
