Job Description: Client Onboarding Officer

Contract: 6 months

Shift: 2nd

Compensation: PKR 50,000/month + performance-based commission

About the Role
We are looking for energetic fresh graduates to join our team as Client Onboarding Officers. In this role, you will reach out to prospective clients, introduce them to our platform, and guide them through the onboarding process. This is a target-driven role where your communication skills directly translate into earnings through commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized outreach pipeline
• Guide interested clients through the signup and onboarding process end to end
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and data collection during client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and conversions in the CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly client acquisition and onboarding targets

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. This is non-negotiable, as you will be dealing with international clients
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone and email manner
• Comfortable working evening shift on a remote basis
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work toward targets with minimal supervision
