The Client Interaction Specialist will communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, research vacation options, and coordinate bookings. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate client records and providing ongoing support throughout the vacation planning process.
About the Role
We are seeking personable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Client Interaction Specialists. This position focuses on creating positive client experiences through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and dependable support throughout the vacation-planning process.
You will work directly with clients to learn what they are looking for, research appropriate options, coordinate requested services, and help keep important details organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand destination preferences, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options that align with client needs.
Assist with coordinating selected services through approved resources and organize confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
Maintain regular contact with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
Keep client records accurate and current, monitor important dates, and continue learning about destinations and supplier offerings.
