Job TitleClient Implementation Specialist II (Order Management Specialist)Position SummaryAt Cox Business, the Client Implementation Specialist II is responsible for coordinating Cox Business customer orders and projects end-to-end including new installs, upgrades, downgrades, transfers and other changes. This role converts customer and sales input into accurate orders in Cox systems, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct, and coordinating across sales, engineering, and field partners to support smooth installations and engagements. The role is performed virtually with minimal supervision and may sit in any Cox Business location. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Cox Business customer projects (new, upgrade, downgrade, transfer, etc.), handling the day-to-day order details. Partner closely with the sales organization to: Receive customer requirements and translate them into accurate orders. Set customers up for installations and other engagements. Ensure all required documentation is gathered and entered correctly in the appropriate systems. Act as the glue between sales, engineering, and field partners by: Scheduling orders. Verifying service codes, pricing, and other critical order details. Serve as the sales teams wing-person from initial sale through order submission, supporting timely and accurate processing. Provide a high-touch, customer-centric experience so customers feel like they are the only one being supported, and remain satisfied throughout their journey. Work from a home office environment, remaining self-starting, disciplined, and able to manage productivity amid potential at-home distractions.
