The Client Implementation Legislation Analyst will support the implementation process for clients in the U500, O500, National Market for Client Operations. The business book will consist of various complexities for legislation compliance related to medical, dental, and vision accounts. This is a role where you’ll assist with the review of key source documents and system compliance directly aligned to account installation.
What you’ll Do:
Oversee and conduct ePro & CIT reviews to ensure legislative requirements have been correctly incorporated
Creates ET variations in ePro as it relates to Rx and Eligibility.
Support Implementation Manager in answering plan design, plan interpretation, and administration questions
Create B&C Legislation reports for downstream partners.
Subject matter expert on Legislation for all downstream partners and offshore Leg team.
Provide leadership and/or support from a legislative perspective for projects.
Maintain departmental quality and performance expectations.
Provide issue reports calling out issues that could delay client implementation of healthcare services to their employees.
Ensure legislation reports are documented are maintained in the document storage process.
Provide support with end-to-end audits to review disjoints in claims systems
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, customer services experience, preferred
2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships and effectively resolving issues, required
2+ years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets, preferred
Proficient with Microsoft office products; (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word), required
Detailed Legislation & Compliance knowledge is preferred
Experience using analytical skills and being about to solve problems, preferred
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of and functions within the organization.
Ability to independently manage divergent priorities and client expectations for mutually acceptable solutions, required
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
