Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients and learn about their travel preferences and objectives

- Present customized travel recommendations based on individual needs and expectations
- Assist with coordinating hotels, transportation, activities, excursions, and other travel services
- Guide clients through travel options and reservation processes
- Communicate with travelers through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm travel details
- Monitor booking progress, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
- Maintain organized client files and accurate travel records
- Stay informed about destination trends, supplier offerings, and promotional opportunities
- Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the booking process
