About the Opportunity
We are seeking organized, approachable individuals to join our virtual team as Client Experience Specialist. This position centers on helping clients turn vacation ideas into coordinated plans while providing attentive service from the initial inquiry through trip preparation.
You'll research possibilities, assist with arranging requested services, organize important details, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process. No previous travel-industry experience is necessary. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Learn about each client's travel dates, destination ideas, vacation preferences, priorities, and budget, then explore options that fit their needs.
Research and coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other requested services using approved resources.
Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and important information clients may need before departure.
Stay in contact with clients, provide timely updates, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with routine adjustments or special requests.
Review reservation information for accuracy, maintain clear client records, and participate in ongoing destination and supplier education.
