RocketAMS is hiring across three closely related client delivery roles supporting consumer brands on Amazon.

The roles we are hiring for sit across:

The common thread is the same: we need people who understand how agencies run, how to manage clients, how to keep work moving, and how to take ownership of delivery across a portfolio of consumer brands.

You do not need deep Amazon experience. We will teach you that.

What matters is that you are commercially sharp, organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working between clients, creatives, operators and specialists.

The Role

You will help own the day-to-day delivery of client accounts across Amazon.

Depending on your background and the role fit, this may include:

• Leading client relationships and follow-ups
• Setting direction and priorities across accounts
• Briefing designers, copywriters and specialists
• Reviewing work before it goes to clients
• Managing delivery across advertising, content and operations
• Turning performance data into clear next actions
• Keeping projects moving through ClickUp, Google Sheets and Slack
• Spotting risks early and solving problems calmly

For candidates coming from a creative agency background, there may be a stronger focus on creative delivery: brand stores, listing imagery, A+ content, video and campaign creative.

For candidates coming from operations, marketing or account management backgrounds, there may be a stronger focus on client ownership, project delivery, team coordination and account performance.

You are not expected to be the designer, advertiser, Amazon specialist or operations expert on day one. But you do need to be close enough to the work to guide, review, question, unblock and keep momentum.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own client relationships end-to-end: calls, follow-ups, priorities and trust
• Translate client goals into clear direction for our in-house team
• Brief and guide designers, copywriters, advertising specialists and operators
• Review work before it goes to clients - quality and clarity sit with you
• Keep projects moving using ClickUp, Google Sheets and Slack
• Turn performance data into clear next actions, not just reports
• Manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts
• Spot risks early and escalate or solve them calmly
• Contribute to improving how RocketAMS operates as we scale

• Not a pure strategy or consulting role
• Not a senior advisor position with no delivery ownership
• Not a narrow execution-only role
• Not a role where you can sit far away from the detail

Requirements

Required

• 2+ years in an account management, client service, agency operations, project delivery or similar role
• Experience managing client relationships directly
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, project management platforms and Slack
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

Nice to Have

• Experience in a creative, brand, design, content, media or marketing agency
• Experience briefing designers, copywriters or specialists
• Experience with eCommerce, retail or DTC brands
• Exposure to Amazon, marketplaces or retail media
• Background in performance marketing, content, social, media, agency ops, packaging, brand identity or campaign creative
