REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Account Management. Your strategic recommendations and partnership proposals will help shape critical decisions at the marketing leadership level. You'll stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitive sponsorship activity, and the evolving event landscape, while establishing clear measurement frameworks and success metrics that ensure every activation delivers measurable impact.
  • Program Management. You’re used to orchestrating end-to-end execution of live events or social media activations. This demands meticulous project management across concurrent programs, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, budgets, and vendor relationships remain tightly controlled.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration. You excel in cross collaboration, working with cross-functional GMR team members spanning creative, project management, production, and finance, you'll communicate expectations and deliverables with clarity while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team culture that drives accountability across all workstreams.
  • Relationship Management. You’ll build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with marketing leadership and key decision-makers. You'll skillfully manage relationships with our clients, vendors, and other external partners, gathering client feedback, identifying pain points, and iterating on strategy to continuously optimize outcomes. Consistent, professional communication and responsiveness will set the tone for every interaction.
  • Reporting. You'll track KPIs and activation success metrics, produce insightful post-event reports with strategic recommendations, and identify learnings and best practices that optimize future activations. You are familiar with presenting performance data and strategic insights to leadership; you'll demonstrate the tangible business value of your work and shape the direction of future programs.
