Position Overview
We are looking for organized, service-minded individuals to join our virtual team as Client Assistance Specialist. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients as they research, organize, and prepare for upcoming vacations. You'll help simplify the planning process by answering questions, researching possibilities, and keeping important arrangements on track.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their vacation plans, preferred dates, interests, and budget considerations
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and getaway packages
Identify suitable possibilities based on individual client preferences and priorities
Provide clear information to help travelers understand and evaluate their choices
Support the coordination of accommodations, transportation, experiences, and other requested services
Use approved supplier resources and online systems to organize reservation information
Provide confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and relevant pre-departure materials
Monitor important planning dates and follow up on information or decisions still needed
Respond to client questions and provide updates as vacation plans progress
Assist with routine reservation revisions, cancellations, and special requests
Verify traveler information and reservation details for accuracy
Maintain organized records of client conversations, preferences, and arrangements
Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through educational programs
