AI Summary

Own the end-to-end architecture, automation, and governance of the company's ClickUp workspace to ensure it serves as the single source of truth. Build leadership dashboards and manage the onboarding and enablement of teams to drive platform adoption.
Hey there! KodeKloud is a remote-first EdTech company helping over 1.5 million learners across 105 countries build real DevOps, Cloud, and AI skills through hands-on labs and real environments. We’re a small, distributed team of ~110 people across ~20 countries – lean, high-ownership, and async-first. If you ship something this week, learners and teammates will use it next week.

About the Role
ClickUp is the backbone of how work gets planned, tracked, and shipped at KodeKloud – and we want it run by a true specialist. This is a pure ClickUp role: you won’t be splitting time across general ops. You’ll own our workspace end to end – architecture, automations, dashboards, governance, and adoption – working directly with the COO’s office to make ClickUp the single source of truth for the whole company.

You’ll love this role if ClickUp is your craft: you’ve built and rebuilt workspaces, you know the platform’s edges, and you get satisfaction from systems that just work.
  • Official ClickUp certification is mandatory (ClickUp Verified – Consultant/Expert – or equivalent official ClickUp certification, verifiable)
  • 3+ years of deep, hands-on ClickUp administration across multi-team workspaces – you’ve owned ClickUp, not just used it
  • Proven track record of workspace builds, migrations, or overhauls (in-house or as a consultant/agency)
  • Strong skills in ClickUp automations plus no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and comfort with the ClickUp API
  • Excellent written English and documentation habits – we’re async-first and most communication happens in writing
  • High ownership: you spot gaps, close loops, and drive things to completion without being chased
  • Based in the Philippines or a similar region, with comfortable overlap with GMT+4 working hours
Nice to Have
  • Experience as a ClickUp consultant or at a ClickUp solutions partner/agency
  • Migrations from/to other work management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, Notion)
  • Experience with ClickUp AI features and reporting at scale
  • Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first startup

Own the ClickUp Workspace
  • Audit and overhaul our existing workspace: hierarchy (Spaces, Folders, Lists), statuses, custom fields, templates, views, and permissions
  • Build and maintain a central “Work Hub” – a single source of truth for projects, priorities, and plans across all teams
  • Manage plans, cadences, and changes so work keeps flowing and nothing falls through the cracks
Automate & Integrate
  • Replace manual steps with dependable ClickUp automations – documented, stable, and safe from a data/access standpoint
  • Build integrations with our other tools using native integrations, Zapier/Make/n8n, and the ClickUp API
Dashboards & Reporting
  • Build leadership and team dashboards that give an accurate, real-time view of workload, progress, and bottlenecks
  • Keep reporting clean and trustworthy – data hygiene is part of the job
Governance, Adoption & Enablement
  • Define and enforce workspace conventions, permissions, and access controls
  • Onboard teams and new hires to ClickUp; run trainings and office hours; drive real adoption, not just rollout
  • Maintain a playbook library and SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Manage seats, licenses, and ClickUp-related costs; keep tool sprawl in check
  • Fully remote, by design: We're remote-first from day one. The team works from homes, co-working spaces, and everywhere in between - we care about outcomes, not hours logged. We do make time to meet in person for a few days each year.
  • Health & well-being: Comprehensive health coverage tailored to where you live, plus fully paid parental leave and flexible practices for the parts of life that don't fit into a calendar invite. We hire people for the long run, and we want them in good shape for it.
  • Learning & growth: Learning is our product, and it's how the team operates internally too. Everyone gets a dedicated annual learning budget and the time to use it - whether you're going deeper in your craft or picking up something new on the side.
  • Lifestyle support & flexibility: A flexible annual budget you can spend on what actually supports your life: fitness, meals, childcare, pet care, family support. Everyone's life looks different - we trust you to pick what helps.
