Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and organize digital records and files
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, and document formatting
- Retrieve and compile data for reports or internal use
- Assist with email handling and document processing
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
- Follow established procedures and data entry standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support
Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
