Job Description: Claims Manager - Hybrid/Remote - Central Valley
The Company:
A leading benefits administrator is urgently looking to hire a Claims Manager for its Claims department. This position offers several layers of support and resources to ensure the team is well-equipped to help clients! This is an opportunity to lead a team centered around collaboration, support, and teamwork.
Your Benefits Package:
$70,000 to $80,000 annual salary, depending on your experience
Full-time, Direct-hire
Hybrid schedule (occasional visits to the office for training, meetings)
Comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, 401(k) plan
Your Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of claims Management experience
A minimum of 4 years of claims experience
Occasionally travel to client offices to maintain consistent client satisfaction
The Position:
Collaborate with team members, schedule necessary training, and create performance views as needed.
Consistently review workflow standards and manage accurate reports from each department.
Help to determine any necessary administrative adjustments/improvements.
Collaborate closely with outside vendors, clients, and partners.
