The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a meticulous CCM Dashboard Auditor to help support our US-based healthcare client. Working alongside a team of telehealth professionals, this position will see you verify and categorize clinical information that has come in via telehealth calls, ensuring data is correct and maintaining compliance, all while working from home. If you thrive on accuracy and have a background in healthcare, this opportunity is made for you!

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Verify patient clinical information, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Ensure data is categorized correctly.
• Fill in missing information within documentation when necessary.
• Report discrepancies or flag any issues for further review.
• Review and follow up on any missing items within the patient chart.
• Monitor chart data live to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Take ownership of the dashboard, ensuring it is consistently updated and accurate.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  
• Familiarity using Point Click Care
• Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong sense of urgency and dedication to completing tasks on time

• Registered Nurse

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9AM to 6PM EST
