JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Completing Quality Assurance tasks and reviews
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members
  • Assisting with Collaborative Monitoring
  • Completing special projects and case reviews
  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing data

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
  • Two years of experience with a Child Support Program.
  • Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.*
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience. *

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • * Relevant education may substitute for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the Admin Process.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Internal Agency Opportunity.
  • This is a full-time position, standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • This role is eligible for full time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
  • This position can be housed in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Fort Myers.
  • Alternative Screening in lieu of SVT.

SALARY: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
