The Chief Organizational Officer (COO) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Mental & Physical Wellbeing division within Mavie Work.
The role ensures the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of integrated, evidence-based wellbeing services that support the psychological and physical health of employees in client organizations.
This position combines organizational leadership, health & wellbeing expertise, product development, and operational management, with the goal of building scalable, high-quality, and innovative wellbeing solutions for corporate clients.


Your mission

1) Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall strategy for the Mental & Physical Wellbeing division.
Develop a holistic service portfolio including mental health, physical health, prevention and coaching.
Ensure services are evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with market needs.
Identify trends in EAP, corporate health, and workplace wellbeing and translate them into new offerings.

2) Operational Management
Lead and develop interdisciplinary teams (psychologists, counselors, coaches, operations staff).
Oversee daily operations of wellbeing services.
Manage budgets, KPIs, quality standards, and performance outcomes.
Build scalable structures to support international and large corporate clients.

3) Product & Program Development
Design and implement wellbeing programs (mental health, resilience, stress management, leadership wellbeing, physical health, prevention, etc.).
Integrate digital solutions (platforms, apps, tele-counseling, online interventions, data analytics).
Collaborate with external experts, healthcare providers, and partners.

4) Client & Market Responsibility
Support key accounts and strategic client projects.
Advise client organizations on employee health, resilience, and sustainable performance.
Represent the company as a subject-matter expert in wellbeing and EAP services.
Contribute to business development and innovation initiatives.

5) Organizational Development & Culture
Establish standards for high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based interventions.
Promote a culture of wellbeing, sustainability, and psychological safety.
Develop frameworks for organizational resilience and healthy performance.
Support internal leadership development and capability building.



Your profile

Professional qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Medicine, Health Sciences, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extensive leadership experience in EAP, corporate health, HR, consulting, healthcare, or wellbeing services
  • Proven track record in developing wellbeing, mental health, or organizational health programs
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development and changemanagement
  • Experience working with complex and/or international organizations, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and dynamic environments

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 70,000 (full-time).
