Salary: $1,500 USD per month base salary + HMO
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Schedule: Fixed shift from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Pacific Time. Requires full focus during these hours with zero split attention across other projects.
Communication: Daily asynchronous check-ins via WhatsApp paired with one weekly live alignment call.
Security: Non-negotiable requirement to sign both standard organizational and partner NDAs to protect proprietary operational methods.

We are looking for a highly strategic, emotionally intelligent CoWorqer to serve as the absolute right hand to a deeply meticulous, value-conscious CEO. You will be championing operations that serve a vulnerable, sensitive audience that deserves extraordinary care and uncompromising honesty. Your main mission is to protect executive capacity, drive team alignment, and anchor the customer journey. Over time, as trust is established, you will earn true operational approval authority within the organization. Project Architecture: Lead the operational rebuild of internal funnels and asset copy—briefing and routing structural work to the right internal specialists rather than producing the content yourself.
Team Cadence Leadership: Run and manage weekly internal team cadences to ensure total alignment, accountability, and project velocity.
Executive Coordination: Manage critical meetings, secure leadership approvals, and track high-priority follow-throughs so zero details fall through the cracks.
Operational Resolution: Own the internal error log and drive decisive, calm resolutions whenever workflow mistakes happen.
Customer Journey Stewardship: Hold complete operational ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, intentionally bridging the gap from initial brand touchpoint to finalized agreement.
High-Empathy Sales Support: Support critical enrollment and value conversations with deep empathy and transparent, value-confident communication—maintaining premium standards without ever resorting to hard-selling techniques.
Proven Chief of Staff Background: Prior experience holding the operational center of a business, acting as a strategic partner to high-level leadership.
Niche Space Familiarity: Direct experience navigating high-empathy sectors such as health, wellness, or clinical-adjacent spaces, understanding the distinct sensitivity required.
High-Judgment Self-Starter: An exceptionally organized remote worker who remains calm, grounded, and intensely focused during high-urgency or emotionally sensitive customer scenarios.
Value Confidence: Deeply comfortable navigating premium U.S. pricing models, possessing the confidence to stand behind the structural value of the business without hesitation.
Unyielding Integrity: A professional who leads with honesty and transparent communication, showing up as a protective advocate for both the CEO and a vulnerable audience.
