Master's degree in Chemistry or any other degree related to chemistry, organic chemistry, or biochemistry
Research or clinical experience
Background in medicine or health-related fields a plus

Writes clear, accurate, and student-focused MCAT solutions for passage-based and discrete questions in accordance with Jack Westin’s content and quality standards.
Ensures solutions thoroughly explain the reasoning behind the correct answer while clearly addressing why alternative answer choices are incorrect.
Maintains consistency in solution structure, tone, terminology, and level of detail across assigned content.
Maintains an expected production pace of approximately 5 assignments per day while consistently meeting established quality standards. Each assignment consists of either one passage with approximately 5–6 associated questions or one discrete question set containing approximately 4–5 questions.
Takes ownership of assignments through the full review and editing process, incorporating feedback and completing revision rounds efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
Consistently delivers finalized, publication-ready solutions on time and according to agreed-upon deadlines.
Reviews solutions for scientific accuracy, clarity, grammar, and alignment with MCAT and AAMC expectations.
Incorporates relevant visuals, diagrams, or supporting resources when they meaningfully improve student understanding.
Incorporates feedback and completes requested revisions in a timely manner.
Reports directly to the Director of Product and Science Content Manager to ensure solutions meet established quality standards, project requirements, and deadlines
