The Channel Development Professional 2 will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the continuous enhancement of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and related business processes. This role plays a critical part in translating operational challenges into actionable system improvements that enhance user experience, increase operational efficiency, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, business process knowledge, CRM expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology by delivering clear well-defined requirements that enable successful product delivery.
This role will be remote / work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and process improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and business partners throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and validation of CRM enhancements and product releases.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Create and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and workflows.
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful insights.
- Support change management by developing training materials, communicating system changes, and assisting users during implementation.
- Monitor system performance, user feedback, and business metrics for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of lead managements, sales operations, workflow automation, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience creating process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Agile project delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, CRM Analyst or similar role.
- Bilingual Spanish

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
