We are supporting a major global transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change activities across multiple European countries.

This role is not focused on project management or system implementation. Instead, we are looking for a dedicated change professional who can establish the change foundations, develop change strategies, and execute change activities that support successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders are engaged, impacted teams are prepared, and the business is ready to embrace change throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.
Design and deliver communication strategies, communication plans, and engagement materials.
Establish and manage change champion networks across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
Develop training strategies, learning journeys, and adoption plans.
Create training materials, presentations, job aids, and supporting change collateral.
Partner closely with programme leadership and business stakeholders to drive engagement and adoption.
Monitor change adoption and readiness, identifying and addressing resistance where required.
Support leadership teams with key change messages and stakeholder communications.
Ensure organisational readiness for programme milestones, deployments, and go-live activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

5+ years' experience in organisational change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
Proven experience developing and executing change strategies from inception through to adoption.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and training.
Demonstrated success establishing and managing change champion or change network communities.
Experience creating communications plans, training plans, job aids, presentations, and learning materials.
Strong facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience supporting multi-country, regional, or global transformation programmes.
Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable

Experience supporting workforce, HR, operations, or business transformation programmes.
Experience working within complex, matrixed global organisations.
Background in consulting, organisational change, transformation, or business readiness functions.
