Change Management & Training Lead

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Change Management & Training Lead to support our team.

Change Management & Training Lead Responsibilities

• Build training materials, quick reference guides, and instructor guides.
• Run train the trainer sessions for the customer's training cadre.
• Help set up and run a change agent network across the customer's organization.

Change Management & Training Lead Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Prosci Change Management certification.
• Organizational change management. Instructional design. Building training material for an audience that is not technical.
• Federal or military environment. Prior software rollout.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
