Support the current business process automation including: process improvement assessments, supporting business case information used to prioritize projects, project management of systems, launch, reporting or other projects, analyze support performance metrics and identify root cause and improvement initiatives, manage program action item log, communicate with and between the program, all support organizations and the client.

 

BIM Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the Google laptop updates
  • Interface with support organizations to improve program capabilities and performance.
  • Work on program issues list
  • Assist Google TAM in End-to-end Project Management of all systems implementation, program launches and other related projects through stabilization.
  • Assist Google TAM for UAT and stabilization and testing to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Strong communication skills, Client interaction a plus
  • Other duties as it relates to operation support to the programs.

 

IT Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Issue, install and receive the equipment to and from the user/s
  • Provide replacement support and service of accessories (mouses, keyboards, headsets etc)
  • Maintain asset/inventory of devices/accessories and periodically update the Site IT POC at Krakow and/or Site IT Supervisor
  • Be the first point of contact in case of problems with the Client's platforms.
  • Provide and support the users with basic information on the induction day 1 (how to reset password – help.ttec.com, how to access web version of the outlook)
  • Understand and enforce IT policies and follow all security compliance practices.
  • Keep the IT Supervisor informed of all changes, hardware and software failures, and operational issues.
  • Complete assigned work orders by due date within established goals.
